This modest one-story wood frame building was built between 1903 and 1930. In 1930, 381 Rondo was a corner grocery store owned by Samuel Vogan. From 1949 to 1960 it was the location of the Booker T. Cafe and Tavern. The building was razed in 1960 for construction of I-94.
