Historical background: "This house was built in 1886 at a cost of $1,500. The original owner was S.C. Tatum, of Cincinnati, Ohio, according to the building permit."

Level of significance: "Local"

Statement of significance: "A Victorian house retaining a large square tower and paired windows as the only significant remaining features. The house is one of the oldest buildings in the area, and is similar to a house at 831 N. Howell St."
