This is a two and a half story building currently used as an apartment building.

Some significant details include "paired brackets at corners. Cornerboards and wide fascia. Hipped roof is slightly flared. Windows are paired. Front gabled dormer is shingled."

"This is the most interesting wood frame house on the block. It is very large and retains some Italianate ornamentation."[1]
