This is a simply proportioned brick house.
Some significant details include "simple proportions, massing. Most of the windows are segmental arched, with brick arches and stone stills. It appears as if some of them may have once had hoods of some kind. Simple fascia board. Brick watertable."
The legal description is "North half of Lots 1 & 2, Block 5, College Place Taylor's Division."
"A simple, altered Victorian house which is one of few brick houses in the area, and one of few to have segmental arched window openings."[1]
