Also known as "Riley's Row", this fine example of a Victorian row house, with strong horizontal styling and a wealth of decorative detail, is among the best of its type in the country. The building was originally named for its first owner, William C. Riley, who operated the Northern News Company, a local telegraph firm. Laurel Terrace's most famous resident was F. Scott Fitzgerald, whose family lived there from 1908-1909.
