History
"The original owner of this house was Winslow W. Dunn, a lawyer. In the city directories he is listed as residing in Hazel Park, which probably refers to this house. Donnelly's 1892 Atlas of St. Paul indicates that this house is one of the original houses built in the Hazel Park Area, a small residential neighborhood clustered around the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railroad Hazel Park Station and Ames School."
